SEC Accuses Missing Greenwich Investment Professional Of Fraud GREENWICH, Conn. – The Securities and Exchange Commission has obtained a preliminary injunction freezing $118 million in assets of a Greenwich investment expert charged with fraud where he previously worked at Norwalk-based Oak Investment Partners, reports Greenwichtime.com. Iftikar Ahmed, who started working at Oak Investment Partners in 2003, faces up to 20 years in prison and $5 million in fines for insider trading and other fraudulent acts, according to the report.
