Yorktown Man Accused Of Driving Without Seatbelt, Suspended Registration YORKTOWN, N.Y. – A Yorktown man was arrested in Shrub Oak Aug. 29 for various traffic violations, including having a suspended registration, police said. Walter N. Arenas, 53, was pulled over at approximately 10:30 a.m. on East Main Street for allegedly not wearing a seatbelt. Further investigation revealed his registration allegedly was suspended and the vehicle allegedly was not insured. Arenas was charged with suspended registration, unrestrained operator and uninsured motor vehicle. He was issued traffic summons and is due to appear Thursday, Oct. 1 in Yorktown Court.
