Two Men Arrested For Stolen Money, Handgun In Hopewell Junction
EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. – Two men were arrested Thursday in Hopewell Junction for allegedly stealing nearly $2,300 in cash and a gun from clients who used an out-of-state moving company, according to the East Fishkill Police Department.
Shamarr Soto, 19, of Prospect Park, New Jersey, and Nosakhare Imarhia, 31, of Newark, New Jersey, were charged with two counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of a firearm, all felonies, according to police.
Several men from the moving company were interviewed, which resulted in the arrests, officials say. …

She was born Oct. 24, 2004.

STAMFORD, Conn. – Ryszard Typa, 62, a longtime resident of Stamford, died Saturday, Sept. 19.
He was born Nov. 21, 1952, in Elk, Poland. He was the son of Franciszek and Janina Typa.
Typa is survived by his wife, Aldona (Lucy) Typa; two sons, Robert and Walter Typa; a daughter-in-law; two grandchildren; and two sisters.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Fishburn Andrew Wellington, 76, of Bridgeport, known as “Boyle” to some, and “Fish” or “Ton” to others, died Monday, Sept. 7.
He was born Sept. 3, 1939, to the Martha Petuna Harvey and Charles "Charlie" Wellington in St. Andrew, Jamaica.
He is survived by his children, Delfend Tracy Wellington-Walters and Errick Wellington; and stepchildren and grandchildren.

Jerome Klein, 84, Of Norwalk
NORWALK, Conn. – Jerome Joshua Klein, 84, died Sunday, Sept. 20 following a battle with cancer.
Klein was born in 1931 in Brooklyn, New York, to Esther Wohl Klein and David Klein, an accountant. He attended the Little Red Schoolhouse in Manhattan and Elizabeth Erwin High School. He received his bachelor’s degree cum laude in history from Harvard in 1953. He received his M.D. from State University of New York Health Science Center (SUNY Downstate) in Brooklyn in 1957.
