United Hebrew Of New Rochelle Presents 'Art Fired Up' Exhibition
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – The Lazarus Gallery at United Hebrew of New Rochelle is showcasing “Art Fired Up,” a collection of work showing the creative possibilities of “fired up” art in fused glass, cast glass, painted and glazed stoneware, ceramics, lamp-worked glass, mixed media, resin, glass, brass and encaustics through March 7, 2016.

Marion D'Amato, 93, Of Norwalk
NORWALK, Conn. – Marion Dagon D’Amato, 93, died Sunday, Oct. 18 at Norwalk Hospital.
She was born Sept. 9, 1922, in Kearney, N.J. In her early years, she had to manage and run Vic’s Luncheonette on First Street in East Norwalk while her husband, Victor, was serving in the Korean War. Following the war, she was employed at Voltarc Tubes and Electric Regulator.
For many years, she was a volunteer for the Family & Children Services. She was a lifelong New York Yankees fan, an avid New York Giants fan and rarely missed a televised Notre Dame football game.

GREENWICH, Conn. – Barbara Ann Dulemba, 79, died Saturday, Oct. 17 at Calvery Hospital in the Bronx, New York, after a brief illness.
She was born July 21, 1936, the daughter of Edward and Anne Gola Dulemba. She graduated from St. Mary's Parochial School and then Greenwich High School in 1954.

Marie Pastor, 92, Of Bridgeport
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Marie Glowacki Pastor, 92, wife of the late George Pastor Sr., died Saturday, Oct. 17.
Born and raised in Nanticoke, Pa., Pastor came to Bridgeport and was a Black Rock resident for most of her life. She was active in local politics and volunteered for the Bridgeport Republican Party.
She is survived by her son, George Pastor Jr. (Linda) of Milford,; daughter Ann Marie Pastor of Hamden,; three granddaughters; a great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
