Police Apprehend Elmsford Man In Fatal Shooting YONKERS, N.Y. – The suspect involved in the shooting death of a man in August on Morningside Drive in Yonkers was arrested Monday, according to police. Dontae Degree, 29, of Elmsford., was arraigned in Yonkers Criminal Court on a charge of murder in the second degree in relation to the death of Kenny Hill and causing serious physical injuries to another adult male in August.
