Born in Paterson, Manfredi was a resident of Elmwood Park for 55 years. He was the owner of U.S. Artistic Monument in Elmwood Park for 55 years. He continued his career with American Monument in Fort Lee for another 20 years from 1995 until 2015. He was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Army. Police Investigate Suspicious Note Found At School YONKERS, N.Y. – An investigation into a suspicious note found at Sacred Heart High School on Thursday found no credible threat, according to the Yonkers Police Department.
