PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. – Former NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams’ suspension is now over, reports CNN. Williams’ new position with MSNBC as a breaking news anchor will begin mid-September, according to the report. Williams had been suspended without pay since February after admitting on air that he had misrepresented his role in a mission in Iraq in 2003.
