There is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Saturday night will see a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m. Low around 67. Man Stopped On Route 9 Faces Second Drug Charge Of Week WAPPINGER, N.Y. – An East Fishkill man faces two separate charges for drug possession in one week, according to New York State Police. Larry J. Hoffman, 23, was stopped Sunday on Route 9 in the Town of Wappinger for an inadequate exhaust when police found that Hoffman possessed approximately 26.6 grams of marijuana and a controlled substance. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal possession of marihuana in the fifth degree. Christina E. Padian, 35, is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Her last known location is Carmel. Southeast's Tilly Foster Farm Receives Additional $1.5M For Repairs SOUTHEAST, N.Y. – Putnam County lawmakers approved a $1.5 million bond for Tilly Foster Farm repairs Aug. 4, reports the Examiner.    The county has spent $475,000 from New York City awarded money, and approximately $150,000 of a $300,000 bond for other repairs and updates after the lease with Preserve Putnam and the county ended last year, according to the report.
