Elmsford PTA Presenting Back-To-School Carnival ELMSFORD, N.Y. – The Elmsford PTA is holding a back-to-school carnival Wednesday, Aug. 19 through Sunday, Aug. 23 in the Alexander Hamilton Jr.-Sr. High School parking lot. The carnival will be open Aug. 19-21 from 6-10 p.m., Aug. 22 from 4-10 p.m. and Aug.23 from 4-9 p.m. Rides and food will be available during the family-friendly event. Parking is limited; attendees should consider carpooling or walking. Alexander Hamilton Jr.-Sr. High School is located at Cobb Avenue, Elmsford.
