The Ragamuffin Parade will assemble at 11:30 a.m. at the Williams Street Parking lot behind Midland School. Parents are asked not to park on school grounds. The parade route will follow Williams Street, Chestnut Avenue, Chestnut Street, Berdan to Thiem Avenue and ends at Carlock Field. Putnam County Sheriff Seeks Fugitive On Grand Larceny, DWI Charges PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted on grand larceny charges and DWI. Kevin P. Sormani, 45, is wanted on a bench warrant issued in January 2008. Sormani has brown hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. Carmel Man Charged With DWI After Collision On I-84 EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. – A Carmel man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Tuesday after he sideswiped a construction vehicle on Interstate 84, according to New York State Police. Paul C. Willman, 23, was traveling east on I-84 at around 9:35 p.m. when he swiped the parked vehicle. A subsequent investigation conducted by police from the East Fishkill barracks revealed Willman had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, more than twice the legal limit, according to the report.  No injuries were reported as a result of the crash, officials said. Brewster Man Charged In Support Order Violation BREWSTER, N.Y. – A Brewster man was arrested Friday on a family court warrant, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. James Barry, 44, of 51 Mountain Brook Road, was in violation of a support order, and was arrested after a family court warrant was issued by Putnam County Court Judge James Rooney, according to officials.  Barry was arraigned by Putnam County Court Judge James Reitz and is being held on $15,000 cash bail at the Putnam County Correctional Facility, officials say.
