Greenwich Woman Accused Of Sending Explicit Texts On Ways To Kill Her Mom A 20-year-old Fairfield County woman is behind bars after allegedly texting explicit messages describing the different ways she wanted to kill her mother. Catherine Harper, of Greenwich, was arrested on a warrant on Friday, Jan. 5 for the text she sent on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023. According to Lt. Patrick Smyth of the Greenwich Police, Harper was charged with threatening and held on a $50,000 bond which she could not make.  Police did not provide additional information regarding who she sent the text to.  This is a developing story. Man Killed In Early Morning Stratford Crash, Road Closed, Traffic Delays A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Fairfield County, closing roads and causing traffic back-ups. The crash occurred around 7 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 8 in Stratford in the 500 block of Surf Avenue. According to Capt.
