Family Files $20M Suit Against Yonkers In Police Raid Fatal Fall Incident YONKERS, N.Y. – The family of Dario Tena, who died after falling four stories out of a window during a police raid in 2014, is suing the city of Yonkers for $20 million, reports lohud. The lawsuit, filed Tuesday by Tena’s sister and son, claims that Tena’s death occurred during an illegal raid and was the result of officials’ lack of supervision, according to the report. The lawsuit also lists Yonkers Police Commissioner Charles Gardner, Deputy Chief William Cave, and the sergeant, detectives and other police officers who were involved in the raid according to lohud. Erratic Vehicle Complaint Results In Corlandt Man's Arrest CORTLANDT, N.Y. – A Cortlandt man was arrested Sunday for DWI, according to New York State Police. Pasquale Muollo, 35, was arrested after troopers were dispatched to investigate an erratic car traveling north on the Taconic State Parkway. Muollo was stopped for failure to maintain a lane of travel. A breath sample provided by Muollo showed his blood alcohol content to be 0.17 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. He was given traffic tickets and is due in Yorktown Court Tuesday, Aug. 4.

Kaylen Lipford of Mackeller Court was arrested at the Westchester County Jail where he is serving weekends following a conviction on an unrelated charge. The next volunteer gathering will be held Tuesday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine.
