(CGMI), a subsidiary of Citigroup, is reimbursing  more than $4.5 million to over 15,000 CGMI customers who were overcharged fees on their investment accounts, according to the office of Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman. Customers were overcharged when CGMI failed to rebate certain customers’ accounts after periods of inactivity when fees should not have been charged. Two Westchester Men Charged In Bicycle Shop Burglary CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Two Westchester men were arrested for stealing $5,000 worth of bicycles and other equipment from Downs Cycle Shop, according to New York State Police. Alexander Henderson, 21, of Peekskill, and Devon Sherman, 19, of Mount Vernon, were arrested for burglary in the third degree. Police were dispatched to the bicycle shop July 30 for a burglary report and an investigation revealed that Henderson and Sherman stole approximately $5,000 in bicycles, computer equipment and cash.
