Registration Open For Tarrytown's Annual Halloween Parade TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – The Tarrytown Halloween Parade, voted Best of Westchester, will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, starting at Patriot’s Park at 5:30 p.m. Main Street will be closed from Kalendberg to Windle Park for a block party complete with DJ, circus performers, prizes, food and finishing up with Andrea and the Rug Runners Band.
