Fishkill Woman, 24, Charged With Dwai WAPPINGER, N.Y. – A Fishkill woman was arrested Sunday in Wappinger for driving while ability impaired by drugs, according to New York State Police. Victoria L. Ross, 24, was found to be impaired by drugs by a State Police Drug Recognition Expert after troopers were dispatched to the report of a car driving erratically on Old Hopewell Road, officials say. Ross was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, according to police. She was issued traffic tickets and is due in the Town of Wappinger Court on Tuesday, according to the report.
