Diesel Delivery Truck Overturns, Spills Fuel After Yonkers Crash YONKERS, N.Y. – A diesel delivery truck overturned and spilled fuel after crashing into a building Monday morning on High Street, according to the Yonkers Fire Department. At around 11:38 a.m., the parking brake failed on the truck while the driver was making a delivery, causing the truck to roll down a hill, hit a car then hit a building, where it overturned, said officials. Officials sealed the leak and used absorbent to capture the approximately 100 gallons of spilled fuel, according to the fire department. Yonkers Mother Accused Of Killing Baby Appears In Court YONKERS, N.Y. – Jennifer Berry, the Yonkers mother accused of throwing her newborn daughter out of the window of her boyfriend’s seventh-floor apartment in the Bronx, was due in court Monday, reports News 12 Westchester. 'Art In Tarrytown' Exhibit Opens Oct. 16 TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – An opening reception for “Art In Tarrytown,” presented by the Northern Westchester Artists Guild, will be held Friday, Oct. 16, from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Martin Stankiewicz Gallery, 5 N.
