Nelson Montalvo, 50, confessed to stealing the underwear from the woman he knew, and was charged with five counts of third-degree burglary and other charges, according to the report. State Closing Route 130 In Bridgeport For Weekend Work BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport will be closed for the next two weekends for work related to the overhead wires for the Metro-North trains, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said.   Eastbound Fairfield Avenue, also known as Route 130, will be closed in Bridgeport from Commerce Drive to Railroad Avenue from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 am.
