CT Man, 21, Killed After Hitting Concrete Sign Support, State Police Say A 21-year-old Connecticut man was killed after hitting a concrete sign support. The crash occurred in Hartford County at 3:15 p.m., Tuesday, March 4 on Route 9 in New Britain.
