Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

South Jersey Man Sentenced For Sexually Assaulting Children: Prosecutor A 50-year-old man from Burlington County has been sentenced to 21 years in New Jersey State Prison without parole for sexually assaulting children, authorities said. Tractor Trailer Flips Blocking NJ Turnpike In Woodbridge (Developing) A tractor-trailer has overturned initially closing all lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike near its interchange with the Garden State Parkway, authorities said. The crash occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 7 on the outer roadway northbound near the exit ramp to Interchange 11, according to 511nj.org.
