Mohamed Koroma was arguing with the 64-year-old woman on the 16200 block of Taconic Circle in Dumfries Thursday, Jan. 4 around 1 p.m., when he shook a can of cleaning powder toward her, Prince William County police said. The substance got on the victim’s clothing and no injuries were reported. Koroma fled the scene before officers arrived, an arrest warrant for him was issued, authorities said.
