Duo Stabs Resident In Home Burglary On Long Island, Flees In U-Haul Truck A victim is recovering after being stabbed during a broad daylight home burglary on Long Island. The break-in occurred at around 12:40 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, in Brentwood at a home on Grand Boulevard, according to Suffolk County Police. Two men entered the home and at least one of them stabbed a man inside. The duo then fled the scene in a U-Haul truck without taking anything. Duo Nabbed In Armed Robbery At Long Island Convenience Store Two suspects have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a Long Island convenience store. Antonio Wilson, age 48, and Donna Miller, age 47, both of Southampton, were taken into custody early Monday, Oct 9, following a search at a home on North Magee Street, according to Southampton Town Police. 30-Year-Old Killed In Broad Daylight Shooting In Capital Region Police are investigating a broad daylight shooting in the region that left a 30-year-old man dead. The incident happened at around 11:15 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, in Albany near North Swan and Third streets in the Arbor Hill neighborhood. 14-Year-Old Honors Student Killed In Capital Region Crash Caused By Drunk Teen, Police Say A teen driver is facing vehicular homicide and other charges for allegedly causing a drunk driving crash in the region that killed a 14-year-old honors student. The deadly wreck happened just after 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, in Albany County, on I-890 in Colonie. Oneida County resident Madelyn Fiore, age 24, had last been seen leaving her town of Marcy home at around noon Tuesday, Oct. 3. Nicholas Analitis, age 45, of Massapequa, was sentenced to three to seven years behind bars in Suffolk County Court on Thursday, Oct. 5, after admitting to possessing multiple forged documents.
