Patricia Lee-Rubino, Longtime North Salem Court Clerk, 55 NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- Patricia Lee-Rubino, a Danbury, Conn., resident and former North Salem court clerk, died Tuesday, June 21, after a long battle with cancer. She was 55. Lee-Rubino, known as “Trish,” was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2007. Nikola, 27, whose last known address was in Smallwood, a hamlet in Sullivan County, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny this spring, police from Troop K said. A warrant was issued for his arrest when he failed to show up in court to answer the charges, police said. The scam took place in Wappinger and Beacon, police said.
