Indian Point’s cooling system draws water from the Hudson River, killing more than a billion eggs and small fish each year in the process, the story said. Putnam Sheriff Seeks Man Wanted On Drug Possession Charge PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who is wanted on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Richard L. Griffeth Jr., 41, is wanted on a bench warrant issued Feb. 5, 2013, in the Town of Southeast Court. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. His last known location was Pawling, N.Y., according to the sheriff’s office. Anyone with information as to Griffeth’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department at (845)-808-4357.
