Putnam Valley Man Charged With Driving With Suspended License In Yorktown PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. – A Putnam Valley man was arrested in Yorktown Sunday for driving with a suspended license and other traffic violations, according to the Yorktown Police Department. Arsenio R. Ortiz, 44, was stopped at around 1:58 p.m. on Route 6 for allegedly speeding. An investigation on scene also found that the vehicle he was driving was unregistered.
