'You Are Dead': CT Man Posts Threatening Message To Lamont, Murphy, Police Say
A Connecticut man has been charged with harassment after posting a threatening message on Instagram allegedly threatening Gov. Ned Lamont and US Sen. Chris Murphy, D-5th District.
Hartford County resident Sean Richard Palla, age 36, of Manchester, was arrested on Wednesday, June 14, by Connecticut State Police for messages posted on Wednesday, May 24.
According to an arrest warrant, Palla, who used the username "tOpsecretalien" posted a message that read "Hey @govnedlamont you are DEAD!" Along with @senchrismurphy.

Stratford Brothers Throw Assault Rifle Out Car Window Fleeing Traffic Stop, Police Say
Two Fairfield County brothers have been arrested for allegedly throwing an illegal assault rifle out of a car window while fleeing from a traffic stop.
Charlie Echevarria, age 28, and Moses Echevarria, age 24, both of Stratford, were arrested on Lenox Avenue on Sunday, June 11, said Lt. Robert Burroughs, of the Stratford Police.
Burroughs said the arrest stems from an incident on Tuesday, May 23 when while fleeing from police they threw a duffel bag out the car window that contained an assault rifle.

A Hudson Valley man has been charged with possessing obscene sexual performances by a child after state police received a cyber tip.
Dutchess County resident Ross E. Schultz, age 20, of Staatsburg, was arrested on Wednesday, June 14, by state police following an investigation.
