The incident began on Tuesday, Jan. 30, in New Haven County when police found a man shot in the back of the head when responding to a car crash behind Bertie's Restaurant in Waterbury. The man, identified as Keno Williams, age 38, of Waterbury, died on Tuesday, Feb. 6 from his injuries, said Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police. Head-On Crash Involving School Bus In Region Injures 1 One person was injured when a car allegedly swerved into the path of a school bus in the region, hitting it head-on. The crash occurred in Sullivan County around 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 5 in the town of Thompson in the vicinity of 907 Old Liberty Road.
