North Brunswick Dad Matthew Beauregard Dies Suddenly: Campaign
Matthew D. Beauregard, a heavy equipment operator and father of two from North Brunswick, went into cardiac arrest and died days later, a GoFundMe campaign says. He was 55 years old.

MSU Student Breanna Pifano, 20, Dies Weeks After Suffering Cardiac Event
Breanna Pifano, a 20-year-old student at Montclair State University, died on Monday, Sept. 18, after suffering a cardiac event earlier this month, according to her obituary.
Breanna was born on Dec. 18, 2002 and was in her third year at MSU studying biology, with aspirations of becoming an optometrist.
A fundraiser was set up to assist the family with medical and funeral expenses. As of Friday, Sept. 22, more than $40,590 has been raised.
According to the GoFundMe, Breanna went into cardiac arrest early Saturday, Sept. 2, and was found unresponsive.

Waltham Man, 35, Dies After Stroke, 3 Cardiac Arrests, Community Helps Widow Bear Burden
A Middlesex County man diagnosed with brain cancer died before he was able to start treatment.
Michael Martins, of Waltham, and formerly of Newton, Medford, and Framingham, died on Aug. 1 after a hemorrhagic stroke, brain bleed, three cardiac arrests, and internal bleeding of the lungs, according to a GoFundMe created for his funeral expenses.
The hemorrhagic stroke left Martins, age 35, disabled and unable to walk, talk, or eat for a period of time before his death.
