Pair Painted Swastikas, Started Fire In Various Locations Around Jersey Shore Town: Cops Two Ocean County men were arrested for lighting a fire in a women's restroom and spray-painting swastikas around a public park, authorities said. Alexander Gerber, 19, and Connor Dougherty, 20, both of Lacey Township, are facing arson charges for the fire in the women's restroom in Gille Park on Nov. 21, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Triangle Murder Victim Was Alexandria Dad, Loved Ones Say Amid Search For Killer Support is on the rise for the family of a Virginia man gunned down earlier this month. Qutrail Raynard Smalls was shot and killed on Wharf Lane in Triangle on Nov. 14, Prince William County police said. I-395 Crash Jams Traffic For 4 Miles In Fairfax County (Developing) A crash on I-395 jammed traffic for miles Wednesday morning, Nov. 29 in Fairfax County. It happened on the northbound side in Fort Ward Heights near mile marker 5, causing severe delays as of 8:30 a.m., the VDOT site shows. The north center lane and right lane were closed. Traffic backups are approximately 4.3 miles.

Fatal Crash Caused By Icy Road At Philadelphia Airport, Police Say (Update) A 51-year-old man died in a crash near Philadelphia International Airport Wednesday morning, Nov. 29, police said. The male driver struck a tree in a southbound 2004 silver Toyota on the 7800 block of Bartram Avenue around 5:45 a.m., city police said. The vehicle slid on an ice patch on the road causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle and crash, police said. PFD-Medic Unit pronounced the driver dead on the scene at 5:59 a.m. The scene was held.
