Man Exposes Himself To 8-Year-Old Girl In Region, Police Say
A Hudson Valley man has been charged with luring a child to commit a felony after allegedly exposing himself to an 8 -year-old girl.
Orange County resident, James A. Grant Jr., age 74, Pine Bush, was arrested on Wednesday, July 26 for an incident that took place on Wednesday, July 19.
On July 19, troopers in Sullivan County responded to Main Street in the village of Bloomingburg around 9 p.m., for a report of a male exposing himself and attempting to lure children to him, said Trooper Steven Nevel.

Greenwich Lawyer Nabbed For Writing $28K In Bad Checks, Police Say
A Fairfield County woman who is a lawyer in Westchester has been charged with larceny and issuing $28,000 in bad checks
On Monday, July 24, Greenwich Police arrested Caitlin Moran Hayes, age 43, for allegedly issuing the bad checks, one for $15,000 and another for $13,000 that were returned for insufficient funds after entering into a lease agreement and moving into the residence.
The incident began in April when police responded to 18 Dwight Lane on a report of a landlord-tenant dispute, said Lt. Ted Latiak of the Greenwich Police.

Man Rams Car, Threatens Driver In Westchester, Police Say
A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after allegedly ramming the rear of a vehicle and threatening the driver with an edged weapon following a road rage incident.
The incident took place in Westchester County around 2:25 p.m., Friday, July 21 on I-87 in the city of Yonkers.
According to Trooper Tara McCormick, an investigation determined that Ruben D. Luciano, age 48, of the village of Florida, in Orange County, rear-ended a vehicle following a road rage incident, in which he reportedly exited his vehicle and threatened the other driver with an edged weapon.
