The incident happened just before 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14, in Saratoga County, on Route 70 in the Town of Stillwater. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Tyler Desnoyers was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Route 70 when he lost control and struck a westbound car.  Debris from the bike struck a second westbound vehicle, leaving visible damage.
