Wayne Police Charge Peruvian National With Shoplifting WAYNE, N.J. -- A woman visiting from Peru was charged Thursday with stealing jewelry at the Willowbrook Mall, Wayne police said. Maria Angela Milagros Fedalto-Bernal was arrested at the Lord & Taylor after store security accused her of taking $645 worth of baubles and bangles without paying for them, Capt. Laurence Martin said. Fedalto-Bernal, 45, who was staying at a hotel on Route 46, was charged with shoplifting and released on a court summons, police said.
