Flaming Tractor-trailer Causes Traffic On 495 A trash tractor-trailer has caught on fire and is causing a traffic jam on Route 495. At around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, Berlin Police responded to a report of a truck accident on 495 North, between exits 26 and 27. On Saturday, Oct. 17, Mary Neumeister owner of Nanas Ice Cream of Springfield said her ice cream truck had been broken into.
