On Wednesday, Dec. 2, Anthony Baez, 32, of Fitchburg, was sentenced to 156 months in prison and 5 years of supervised release by U.S. District Court Judge Timothy S. Hillman. The large tree knocked out power in the surrounding homes in a Hopedale neighborhood, firefighters said.
