Film Shot In Greenwich Wins 'Best Short' At Brooklyn Film Festival NORWALK, Conn. -- "Hi-Glow Retro," a 14-minute comedy shot mostly in Norwalk and Greenwich, won "Best Short Film" and "Best Actor in a Comedy" at the "Sweet Youth" program at the Williamsburg Independent Film Festival Saturday, Nov. 19. The film, written, produced and directed by 25-year-old Norwalk resident Alex Morsanutto, centers on the story of Tommy Ashby, a high school senior with severe social anxiety who decides to step out of his comfort zone to learn disco dancing.
