Second Brother Accused Of Stealing From Father's Stamford Estate
STAMFORD, Conn. – Blood may be thicker than water, but for four brothers it seems not to be thicker than money.
Richard Everett, 59, of Bronxville, N.Y. is facing a first-degree larceny charge after failing to split a $600,000 inheritance from their Stamford father with two of his brothers, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Everett is the second brother suspected of double-crossing the family, the Advocate reported.

Teacher From New Rochelle Accused Of Raping Girl, 16, In Bronx Church
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A 38-year-old New Rochelle music teacher accused of raping a 16-year-old girl is facing criminal charges in Westchester County and New York City, according to News 12.
Siepo Sampson is accused of having sex with the girl, whom he once tutored after school, inside his Barnard Road home on Oct. 28 and Dec. 15 of last year, according to News 12. He was arrested Dec. 31.
Sampson, who served as music director at Thessalonia Baptist Church off 163rd Street in the Bronx, also is accused of having sexual encounters with the girl inside the church, according to News 12.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A 37-year-old man accused of murder was returned to Bridgeport Monday to face charges in the stabbing death of a local barber shop owner, according to ctpost.com.
Fernando Santiago, who was arrested Feb. 3, in Spartanburg, S.C., was returned to Connecticut after waiving extradition, according to ctpost.com. Rockland Man Gets 20 Years To Life For Girlfriend's Murder
HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- A Haverstraw man was sentenced Friday to 20 years to life in prison for the 2014 murder of his 29-year-old girlfriend.Nixon Bourguignon, 38, had tried to claim that he was under the influence of Ambien when he strangled Shannon Coleman in their Haverstraw apartment about 10:30 p.m. May 7, 2014.
A jury rejected the claim, however, and, in October 2015, found him guilty of second-degree murder, a felony.

PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- A 20-year-old Putnam Valley woman accused of burglarizing a home and stealing a car has been arrested and is now facing felony charges, according to authorities.
Katlyn Montalvo, of 642 Peekskill Hollow Road, is accused of stealing a car and robbing the Putnam Valley home on Oct. 5, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
Montalvo was identified as a suspect during the course of the investigation but was not arrested until Tuesday, when she turned herself over to authorities, according to the Sheriff's Office.
