Danbury Man, 89, Killed In Crash On I-84 Exit Ramp DANBURY, Conn. -- An 89-year-old Danbury man died Thursday after his car struck a concrete barrier while exiting Interstate 84, according to the News-Times website. Thomas Finik of Lake Place was driving a Hyundai Sonata east on I-84 when it hit a barrier at Exit 5 about 10 a.m., according to the News-Times. The incident forced the closure of the exit ramp for nearly four hours, the story said.
